I have developed a simple web application (opens in new tab) that allows users to create and manipulate basic SVG shapes (circles, rectangles, etc.). The application is primarily built using TypeScript with Angular; moreover, the application supports standard features such as undo/redo and copy/paste. The application is best experienced on a desktop or laptop device (not mobile or touch device). The source code for both frontend and backend is available on GitHub here (opens in new tab).
